It’s unclear, yellow-golden with a huge, creamy head. It has nice notes of yeast, banana and wheat, not thinner than quite a few normal strength weizen’s that I can think of, but of course most is stronger. The same notes and thoughts goes for the flavor. The finish is spicy and slightly dry with a touch of citrus. I wouldn’t mind having a few crates of this in my cellar!

Bottle. It’s yellowish in color, unclear, and topped by a small, white head. Sweetish aroma with banana and bubble gum. Grainy, quite bitter flavor with banana. Medium body, dry and heavily carbonated. Lighlty metallic in the end. Not very tasteful and far from weissbier-ish. 111106

Bottle: Pale golden, relatively stable "dirty" loose white head; cloves and bananas in the mineralic nose; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, pretty light bodied; citrussy finish, mainly wheaty-sourish. Nothing to complain. but too light for me....

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and rocky foamy white head. Yeasty and slightly acidic wheaty aroma with notes of banana and citrus, accompanied by shades of vanilla in the background. Slightly sweet flavour with a light and refreshing acidity, light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Present wheaty and moderately yeasty taste with citrus and lighter notes of banana; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish. A pleasant and refreshing Hefeweizen light. 10.VIII.10
