Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, toasted, light grain, bright nuts notes, light hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, bright nuts notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111004]

Bottle. Fat fruity aroma. Golden, fine carbonation, white lace. Sweet malty base, fruit notes (pears, apples). Chewy full body, fine sparkly mouthfeel. Aromatic hop profile, light citric and grassy. Finishes on a note of oranges. Good stuff.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet strawy malty aroma with a tinge of herbal hops. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Pale and strawy malt-character with slightly grainy notes; medium-dry, sweet and faintly bitter hoppy finish.
