Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, grain, apple notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20111129]

0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Pale golden color. Honeyish malty and citrusy aroma. Honeyish and citrusy aroma hint herbal hops. Medium body. Basic helles.

500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with small unstable macropore white head. Slightly sweet grainy aroma, a minimal touch of honey. Flat monotonous taste, slightly sweet grainy and muggy strawy. The honey touch is interesting but doesn’t reappear.

bottled. one of the best names in german brewing, but of course it’s just another bland helles - faintly grassy aroma, hints of honey, tinny finish with only light bitterness. hell of a tedious sort anyway

Bottle. Blonde. Soft floral bready aroma. Malty bready, soft floral hopbitter flavor. Above average helles.

Hopfig, frisch-grasiger Geruch, zitronig. Startet süßlich-grasig. Mitte süß-zitronig, Heu. Abgang leichtbitterwürzig, aber immer noch sehr mild. Schmeckt.

Bottle. Light golden, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, and light grassy hoppyness. Light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish, light grassy hoppyness. Grainy and lightly sweetish helles with light hoppyness.

Bottle by 23.07.12. Sweet lemony nose, soft with mild hopping. Pale yellow-golden with a soapy white head. Crisp, slightly hard medium body with a refined, daresay elegant light hop profile, and the sweet malt blanket lights the way to a cheerfully, bright aftertaste. Definitely my favorite of their Pils/Helles/Dortmunder trio, tasty!

It’s golden with a small head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw and little celluloses, The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, straw, a little flower, and the finish is rather dry.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, lazy carbonation, no head to speak of; clean grainy to pale-malty nose combined with a light hayish-hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, really soft; pale malty and delicate bitter finish. Clean, mild and pleasant..................
