Rating from 2005. Fruchtig-bananiger Antrunk. Süßlich-hefig-mild, aber vom Körper her nicht zu voll. Im Nachgeschmack wird das Bier etwas herber, dabei verliert es deutlich an Fruchtigkeit und Fülle. Schade, aber dennoch lecker. --> 11

Cloudy orange colour with a white head. Yeast and some wheat banana in the aroma. Yeasty, light spicy, wheat and banana flavour. Fresh and nice weisse.

Draught at Kulova Blesk, Prague. Somewhat hazy filen beer with an offwhite head. Fruity bready aroma, esters, banana, spicy notes, à little sourish. Banana flavor, citrus, à bit sourish, spicy, some hops. Not really fresh, I guess.

Maria (10176) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 12, 2012
Mine is 5.5% and called Falter Weissbier Premium Gold. It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head and the aroma has notes of banana, mild yeast and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of spicy yeast (just the way I like it), banana, wheat and the finish is slightly dry and spicy. A very well-balanced beer.

Grima (2106) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - JAN 23, 2011
Even when serving banana yeasty aromas flow into the nose. It starts ery yeasty and lemony. In the aftertaste, especially the lemon flavor comes through very well. The finish is dominated by yeasty banana aromas. Very well!

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body under a small white head. Some microfloaties or yeast-flakes. Slightly weak on the aroma, with banana and cloves supported by some grains. Banana, some citrus and cloves in the mouth, a little pale malt too, and some malty sweetness. Could be more pronounced on the flavor too, but at least there’s a nice bitterness in the finish, as well as some cloves. Pleasantly effervescent, and dryish, especially in the finish. Decent, easy to drink, but boring and far from world class. (081105)

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fruity aroma. Tastes strong and fruity, notes of banana and nuts. Intense finish. Well done!

Bottle, 5.3%. Weak banana aroma. Very cloudy dark orange colour. White head. The flavour is quite yeasty with some clove. A little sourish bitterness in the finish. Starts well, turns slightly rough.

Bottle. Hazy medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (250108)
