Moderately dry, light-bitter finish with a vague hops-character. pivnizub (4007), Porúří, Germany Aug 18, 2007 Bottle: Pale-malty, but sourish nose with a touch of hops and barnyard; golden coloured, small but stable white head; moderate bitter-alcoholic flavour, light bodied; papery, malty-bitter-sourish finish. A rather mediocre brew............ Quack-Duck (1973), Bodensee, Germany Aug 2, 2007 bottle, bought at the brewery. Golden yellow, persistent and creamy head.
