Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, mazipan - cake - biscuity. Initial flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, sharp bitter, close to acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120310]

Pours hazy orange amber with a small, staying, creamy, off-white head that leaves fine laces. Aroma has fine malts, caramel, doughy, light biscuity. Light floral and mild citrusy hops nose. Medium, lively carbonation, fine dryish and light creamy palate. Flavour is relatively sweet, some crisp malts, light caramel, slightly toasted. Fairly firm citrusy bitterness at the end. Fresh and drinkable.

Draught.Hazy amber colour with medium head.Aroma of caramel and cake,mild and with good balanced,slight tosted flavor of bread aswell.

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse, 2012. Pours unclear dark golden with a small creamy head. A bit of yeast, grain, caramel and crackers. Medium bodied. Authentic and well brewed.
