Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, moderate yeasty, mesk, old yeast. IMO. aroma is like a unfinished beers. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, mash - mesk, old yeast, malt. IMO. a bit messy and unfinished. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121101]

Handbottled. A deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of metal from the alcohol, leading to a dry metallic finish. Huge thanks yespr for bringing this home.

From tap at Christian Firtal. Pours clear and golden amber with a creamy, dense and tan head. Aroma is malty, light fruity and grassy. Bitter, slight spiced, vague metallic and sweet. Lingering malty and slight fruity into a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Caramellish nose. Medium body, a sweet maltiness but also a very unfortunate moldy character that overpowers most every else. Some decent, late bittering hops. 110113

Handbottled from tap, thanks yespr. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Malty aroma of caramel and butterscotsch with notes of hops. Malty flavour of caramel, hops and bread with notes of dried fruits. Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

Tap / Bottle. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head. Nose is caramal and toffee - slightly buttery and vague notes of metal. Smooth and medium palate. Dry , sweet and spicy flavor with some fruit and caramel. Very decent.

Handbottle. Weak vegetable aroma. Clear dark amber colour. SMall tan head. The flavour has a little vegetable, seems to come from the hops. Mild sweetness. A little roasted note in the finish, like roasted malt. Also a little graininess, perhaps because the ABV is not as high as your usual Christmas beer.

Tap at Chr.4-tal. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber/ brown. Aroma and taste are sweet fruits, caramel, spices and hops.
