NosirIwont (863), Aalborg Vestby, Denmark Aug 4, 2008 Bottle. Pours a murky amber-brown with a fast-disappearing off-white head. Sour, slightly malty aroma. Fruity notes. Flavour is sour with sweet molasses and fruits. Same finish. Me thinks this is infected (just like the last Fanø beer I had, *sigh*). 05-08-08. Pinball (353), Allerød, Denmark Jul 25, 2008
fanø forårs bryg
aroma : very sour, below the sourness i sense rotten notes. probably worst ever aroma i smelled
muddy yellow/brown color with nice head.
flavor : VERY very sour, like acid. i did not dare to taste much, it was really sour. 2/10
palate was tested with spitting out afterwards. palate is okay. 3/5
overall the worst brew i ever tasted, it must be infected by a dead horse or something. and it was way fresher than best before. the rest was of course drained. 1/20
