Moderate bitter average finish. Not much hefe flavor, but nice powerfull brew. Creamy palate. There are better weizenbocks but this is alright.

flavor: burnt sugar, delicate dark fruits, bitter someting, honey, nice sweet/bitter thing going on. quite powerful taste, definetly not macro style.

Very subdued bitterness. 220608 faroeviking (4162), Faroese Beer Republic über, Denmark Jul 15, 2008 Botella. Pours a deep dark brown colour with a big light brown creamish head. Aroma of roasty malt and caramel with wheat. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a good roasty maltiness with caramel, wheat, some yeast and a plesant mild bitter finish. fonefan (4439), Ulfborg, Denmark Jul 3, 2008 Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008. Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard.
