Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter slightly roasted flavor. Moderate bitter average finish. Not much hefe flavor, but nice powerfull brew. Creamy palate. There are better weizenbocks but this is alright.

Sep 5, 2008 aroma a bit upsetting. baby-shit aroma, combined with sweet dark fruits. mashed bananas. dark brown small to medium vanilla colored head.
flavor: burnt sugar, delicate dark fruits, bitter someting, honey, nice sweet/bitter thing going on. quite powerful taste, definetly not macro style.
palate : very thick, almost rubbery, good palate for a powerful beer.

Sep 1, 2008 Deep amber, reddish colour with a beige head. Malty, light caramel sweet aroma with fruity notes. Light roasted malty flavor with fruity notes.

Jul 19, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy orangey brown with a dense beige head. Sweet aroma of burned caramel and vanilla. Quite full-bodied with solid roasted malts and burned caramel. Very subdued bitterness. 220608

Jul 15, 2008 Botella. Pours a deep dark brown colour with a big light brown creamish head. Aroma of roasty malt and caramel with wheat. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a good roasty maltiness with caramel, wheat, some yeast and a plesant mild bitter finish.

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lancing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)
