COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Note:Not to be confused with the Fanjul Sidra Natural Ecologica and teh Fanjul Sidra Natural Llagar de Fozana, all at 6%.

(on bottle 2005 edit.)Not that huge an aroma, tart, dry of dew, moisty cellar and crapapples. No carbonation to mention, a little when poured(all over the table, ´cause I wanted to do it right). But the mouthfeel, the tartness of esters and autum, the rounded flavours of dry wood, harh apples, nuts and preserved wineleaves, really hit the spot, what a treat. The finish comes out with more wood, now a more wet kind, blackberries-straight-from-the-bush and even some nutmeg. I doný know if the 2½ years on the bottle did antthing, but this is by far the best sidra I´v had, so far.
