   AROMA 8/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 15/20
Countbeer (4316) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - FEB 22, 2013
Bottle: Thanks Papsø: Cloudy yellow pour. Medium sized lively but pretty vast and slow disappearing white head on top of a deep hazy to murky yellow ish pink like grpaefruit colored cider with some small chunks floathing through. Aromas of yeast, dust, cherry, apple, apple skin, wood, cellar and dusty attic, dust candy and some light peach. Flavours of a good tart, dusty, yeasty, apple, apple dust, lemon, light dry, light spicy, good sour, cellar and a hint of new crispy wood/barrels. Aftertaste is light tart, dusty, peach, lemon, yeast and light dry. Low to medium carbo, smooth but tart and light dry mouthfeel, medium but a bit thin bodied and a light creamy texture. Pretty thin in body but that yeast and tartness corrects a lot. A pity these aren’t for sale here, would absolutely love to drink this again!
