Combinazione riuscita di due stili di birra diversi. E’ piena di profumi tipici di una IPA e in bocca si sentono i sapori prodotti da un lievito per wit. Da provare.

Bottle @ Fanø bryghus. Aroma: loads of tropical fruits, very distinct coriander, sorachi, sweet malty notes, wheat, citrussy notes some yeasty notes as well. Taste follows the nose. But quite bitter and dry, the wheat malt and yeast is quite present, and adds a nice sweetness. some lemon peel, slight perfume and soapy notes, Ends very dry with notes of grapefruit and orange peel

Hazy golden coloured beer with a huge creamy white head. Aroma is hop and citrus. Flavor is coriander, citrus and hopped. Heavy and warm finish.

Flöska. Hazy golden, nice medium white ehad, good lacing. Pleasant (exotic bit) fruity hoppy herbal citrus aroma. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant exotic like fruity citrus herbal bit flavour, good bitterness indeed.

Ottima birra davvero! Premetto che preferisco le black ipa ma devo dive che anche la white è decisamente buona! Si sentono molto i luppoli, un tocco di arancia e molto limone, sia nell’aroma che nel sapore! Da provare!

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. aroma is citrus, pine, floral. Flavour is citrus, pine, flower, fruit, orange, wheat, caramel. Medium to full body. OK beer.

Bottle from Havnens Vin & Tobak. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich earthy hops, flowers, citrus, pine and malt. Yummy.

Bottle, 6.5%. The aroma is mostly hoppy, refreshing and teaish, but also teaish like coriander. Hazy dark yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off quite sweet. Later comes a clean bitterness and some citrusy hop notes. A bit on the sweet side, but partly balanced by a mild hop bite.

(bottle from Fanø supermarket; BBD: June 2013) Pours a cloudy, golden yellow with frothy, white head and rich carbonation. Good retention and lace. Aroma is wheaty hoppy with familiar Belgian wit notes (coriander and citrus are noticably present but not to the point where they dominate) as well as some fruity hops. Flavour packs quite a punch: Fruity hoppy dominates along with a lingering, bitter dry finish. The bitterness is never allowed to dominate either though. Full bodied with oily texture. Overall a well balanced and succesful marriage of two styles and very drinkable indeed.
