33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours slightly hazy amber with a nice, off-white head. Hoppy and malty aroma with pine, caramel, tropical fruits, citrus and some spicy notes. Hints of tutti frutti after a while. Medium sweet with caramel malty and nice hoppy flavours and a quite solid bitter finish with notes of pine and grapefruit. Medium+ body with fairly average carbonation. Bitter and fairly long aftertaste. Quite delicious!

rane (852) - Nibe, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2013
Bottle. Dark amber with pale brown head. Aroma citrus malts, some detegent. Taste way too bitter. I know it´s a DIPA, but when the bitterness gets so overpowering that you don´t taste anything else, then I´m not impressed. For me a good DIPA should have a malty body as well. Finish very long and very bitter.

Bottle. A hazy, orange-golden one, topped by a small, off-white head. The aroma is very hoppy, with pine cones and resin, some grapefruit, and sweetish malts. Some way too sweetish notes. A touch of alcohol too. It’s bitter, with some underlying sweetness from the malts. Grapefruit, pine cones, some pale malts. Full body, some alcohol warmth, soft and pleasant carbonation. Lasting bitter finish with some malty sweetness. Well, it’s actually too bitter, but it’s sure a fine brew. 130430
