Unclear - hazy dark red - black brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet malt, sugary, light alcohol and herbal maybe the rosehips. Flavour is heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, swet sugary, fruity, dark malt, sweet candy alike, spicy, some yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A dark amber, almost brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel, alcohol, bread, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and dried dark fruits, as well as hints of spices, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for this.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is overripe fruity and light spiced to phenolic. Smooth fruity, caramelish and light phenolic. Solid carbonation. Smooth caramelish, fruity and light spiced to herbal. Bitter and mellow finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a beige head. Overripe dark fruit in the nose with some brown sugars and alcohol. Rich body, lovely pruney with chocolate and sugars and quite some balancing hops. Nice as it is, but will probably come more together in a years time. Glad to have been there for the brew day. 131112

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty dark fruit flavor with weak hoppy hints. has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel and dark fruit finish.

Bottle, 10%. Sweetish aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small tight light brown head. The flavour is sweet with a faint teaish hop note and a distinct raisin sweetness to it. Brown sugar, perhaps. Some alcohol, but nicely subdued, balanced by the raisin sweetness, I guess. Alcohol bitterness in the finish.

Draught @ Fanø Tap Takeover, Dronning Louise. Pours unclear ruby amber with a small white head. Nose is syrup, sugar, dark fruit and caramel. Flavor is grain, caramel, sugar and vegetables. Slightly metallic. Full bodied.

Bottle from Fanø Bryghus. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich dried fruits, rich malt, nuts, licorice, notes of caramel and hops. Great one.
