A hazy orangey beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of pepper, yeast, malt, lemons, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, lemons, straw, yeast, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

On tap. Hazy golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Dry, spicy and lightly Bretty aroma. Medium body, a light fruity sweetness, again spicy with a touch of yeast and then again a pleasant touch of Brett. Fairly hoppy finish. Quite exciting! I found no traces of Bitter here, but Saison indeed. 081112

August 19, 2012 - draught at King William IV Witterfest. Deepish gold pour, hazy/cloudy, with a small but lasting fizzy white head. Aroma is quite sweet and floral, and is that a bit of diacetyl in the background? "taste - that’s a little smokey - and a bit funky - does this have some brett in it? smack smack smack" - indeed. Thick, airy, dry, coating - hint of woodsmoke - a little weird.
