Pours a hazy and amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, caramel, brett and dirt. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall a really good beer.

Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, leather, moderate brett. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tart, fruity, brett, hoppy, citrus, peel bitter, smooth. Keg at Fanø Meet the Brewer, King William IV. It pours cloudy light golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is citrus pith, brett, light spice, grapefruit, melon, pear, light mould and sweat (or was that just Jack sitting next to me?!). The taste is spice, brett, wood, good bitterness, farmyard, light mould, pith and dough, with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and very flavoursome for the percentage.

Draught at Fermentoren. Hazy light orange liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of tangerine, mango, pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, pepper, biscuit and spices. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of tangerine and mango. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, quite laid back. Not that bretty.

2 L growler thanks to my wife Dorthe. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is brett and hoppy fruity, vague estery. Crisp brett, citrusy, peachy and grapefruity hoppy. Light yeasty. Smooth and crisp hoppy finish.

Chopp. Unclear golden colour, small white head, good lacing. Pleasant fruity hoppy tart citrus like aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is tart smoky like with fruit, good hoppiness, citrus, some fruit, dry. Nice!
