Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, grass, herbs, butter notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120512]

Keg at Fanø Meet the Brewer, King William IV thanks to Jackie. It pours hazy straw yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is spice, herbal, citrus pith, sweet malt, grass, pine and hay. The taste is spice, herbal notes, citrus pith, wood, dough, grass, hay, straw and some sweet fruit, with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.
