Bottle, 8.5%. Quite citric aroma with a little funky wet rag to it. Hazy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off sweet, with a good citric hop note. Also a bit funky, no old rag in the flavour. Balanced by a distinct alcohol feel.

0.5 l bottle. Slightly hazy golden color. Sweet Tropical aroma with grapefruit, pineapple, apricot, clove and meath broth. Taste is pretty much the same. Full body. Quite meaty aroma and flavor.

Cloudy orangey golden colour with average size white head.
Belgian yeast, fruity hops and malt in aroma.
Flavour is yeast, slightly burned malt, mild alcohol and fruity hops.
Decent Belgian ale.

(Draught at Pikkulintu, 20120714) The beer poured golden and quite cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, honey and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, spices, fruitiness, malts, sweetness, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy, sweet and bitter. A nice trippel with a bit spicier twist.

Not bad, but I can detect a faint hint of funk. Nothing that ruins the beer, it’s just different.

Bottle @ Rene’s house, picked up at Fanø. Hazy, yellow appearance with an off white head. Pretty spicy yeasty, tangy lemon citrusy, light coconut aroma. A little tart, bready, fairly spicy yeasty, mild banana, lemon/orange fruity flavor with a fairly sweet and a bit spicy finish. Easy to drink and flavorful.

Bottle. Blonde. Soft citrus notes in the aroma. Soft grassy citric flavor. Some yeasty notes. Alcohol coming up in the later stages. Soft but firm.

A bit stale and sweet aroma with banana and citrus. Flavour is also a bit stale with citrus, some spices, ripe banana and grassy hops. Foamy palate and a bit sticky and dry feeling at the end. Good, although the citrus is a bit too strong here.
