Commercial Description:

English: Fanø Forår is brewed according to old traditions with golden types of malt and less hops. Hence is the sweet popular flavor kept. This beer fits the traditional food of spring and easter. Fanø Forår is brewed using 4 types of malt: Pilsner, Caramünich, Münchner and a little Wheat malt. The hops used is Hersbrück from Nurenberg. The water is our own soft water from a 40 meter deep well.

Bottle. High creamy off-white and lasting head. Hazy amber body. Grassy and hoppy aroma. Flavor bitter sweet, more bitter than sweet. Low carbonation, short aftertaste. Pleasant surprise.

Draught at ÅBF08. Cloudy dark orange colour. Sweet flavour, could have been fermented more, I guess. Malty and sugary. Low bitterness.
