3.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught @ Pikkulintu. Pours an orange amber with a thick, off-white head. Aroma is passion fruit, spruce, nettles, pith. Taste is strongly pithy, pine, slightly passion fruity, watery. Very dry. Especially aftertaste is very strong and dry with pith and pine. Palate is dry, quite carbonated, stingy, unfortunately - and not so surprisingly - watery and very light.

5/VII/2012 - 50cl bottle from Alvinne shop (Moen) @ Klaas’ place - BB: III/13 (2012-686)
Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, unstable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet exotic fruits, lots of pineapple, mango, passion fruits, citrus, grapefruit, bit piny. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit cheesy, grapefruit, piny bitterness, white grapes. Aftertaste: more piny, white grapes and grapefruit. Would benefit from some more body. But hey, only now I see it’s 2.7% ABV? That’s pretty well done. Overall +2!

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap (Pikkulintu, Helsinki)
massive tinned lychee aroma, it’s just everywhere. In the mouth the retronasals are the same, this is pure lychee. It’s refreshing, but maybe a little watery in the mouth, but with OK carbonation. The malts are quite low, hops dominate. Some graapeffruit from cascade takes over on swallowing. Sweet, sherbetty and zesty, a good session beer. The lychee’s a bit over the top, alas.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled@Cosmic Comic Cafe, Turku (thanks for sharing a fourth of the bottle to the owner of CCC!). Pale copper colour, huge beige foamy head. Aroma is lots of tropical fruits along with mild spruce, grass and some herbal and sweet notes. Flavour is tropical fruit juice, mild bread as well as some nice fruity and floral bitterness. Rather easy to drink and could easily session this for an evening.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught@Beer Hunter’s, Pori
Deep amber color, quite clear, huge beige head. Exotic fruity and piney aroma, very fresh. Light-bodied. Piney, exotic fruity hoppyness dominates the flavor. Of course a bit watery but there is some maltyness too. Tasty beer even without handicap, at least a good compromise. Slim palate doesn’t carry till the end of pint but certainly a beer to have another one sometime.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, shared with Bergen Beer Geek Tasting Crew. Pours a deep hazy orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma is caramel, pale malts, grassy hops, hints of honey and melon. Taste is grassy hops, pale malts and with a sharp herbal hop sting in the aftertaste. A bit too bitter ending on this one, otherwise really really fresh and nice. Medium body, soft carbonation. A pleasant low alcohol beer, all in all.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
500 ml bottle. Pannuhuone, Kuopio, Finland.
Cloudy amber golden colour with small off-white head.
Incredibly fruity aroma with exotic fruits, some fruity sweetness and mild maltiness. Flavour bitter hoppy with lots of fruitiness, resiny bitterness, fruity sweetness and grainy maltiness. It's like hop nectar. Thin but that wasn't a surprise with 2.7% abv. Bitterness in aftertaste is quite short and moderate. Very nice low abv session IPA. You can even operate machinery after a bottle of this one.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Shared bottle @Rune’s annual Absalon Hotel room tasting in København. Deep gold. Low blond head. Initally smell of tea, like tea leaves from used tea-bag. The a pleasant whiff of mild citrus fruity hops. A dry, light and subdued malt body, owerpowered by a the fruity and herbal (tea-like) bittering hops. Short and crisp finish. Drinks pretty good, but slightly out of balance.
