Tap at Birreria Paradiso Georgetown. Deep thick brown black. Massive steady rusty beige head. Big chocolate caramel aroma. Massive, rich, roasty chocolate.stout, this is great. Big cocoa notes. Really nice in that it isn’t overbearing, this is way more desirable to drink than an Imperial Stout. No booze even with the formidable ABV. A complete pleasure. World Class.

Dark black with a thin tan head.
Hoppy nose, sweet malts, coffee and caramel.
Tastes as nose allied to grassy tones, chocolate and pine.
Medium bodied with a bitter dry finish, I really got this one!

Tap @ dronning Louise. Pitch Black with a small long lasting beige head. Aroma is: lovely sweet liquorice, dried fruits, nice grassy and fruity hoppy aroma as well, earthy chocolate, dusty, oak and sweet vanilla, dark caramel, lovely smooth complex aroma. Medium
Mouthfeel, smooth with a kick of crispy hops. You get the roasted fruity sweet and earthy chocolately notes first. Liquorice, and some coffee. Then the hops hits you with loads of spruce, resin and pine. Grassy notes, orange peel and peach. Ends dry with a lovely mix of sweet and bitter grapefruity notes. A lovely complex marriage. Drinks very well

Draught at Fermentoren. Black - tight light brown head. Burned. Nice hoppy. Ok bitterness. Citrus. Fruity. Dryness. Resin. Nice Bitterness. High malty. Roasted and burned malty. Coffee. Nice bitter finish. OK drinkability.

Tap @ Fanø Slumber Party, 2012. Pours black with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is fresh piney hops and roast. Fresh red grapefruity hops. Crisp hoppy and roasted flavor. Smooth and reallt dry. Nice.

Kolsvart med tjockt beige skum. Härlig doft av rostad malt lakrits bitter choklad kaffe. Smakar riktigt fylligt kaffe lakrits rostat. Len och fin stout.

Bottle. Pours jet black with a creamy beige head. The aroma is quite hoppy and has notes of chocolate and licorice. The flavor is pine, roasted malt, licorice and chocolate. Some coffee in the finish. Great.

Tap @ Fano. Black appearance with a dark brown head. Quite roasty malty, dark chocolate, mild coffee aroma with a touch of vanilla. Very nice, roasty, thick dark chocolate malty, lightly smoky, burnt coffee flavor. Very nice brew.

Pours completely black with a small, creamy, beige head - nice duration. Aroma has citrussy hops, liqourice, chocolate and nuttiness. Medium carbonation, dry and light creamy to oily mouthfeel. Flavour has liqourice, nuts, fat dark chocolate, firm citrus bitterness. Pleasantly balanced.
