On tap at Esbjerg Beerfestival. It pours a next to black body, only a reddish hue lightens it up. A tan head leaves curtains in the glass. Some bourbon-like (or some other booze) notes on the nose, heavily roasted and with good coffee aroma. The flavor has some coconut and vanilla, but only in the background. Sweet, heavily roasted with coffee. Full-bodied, smooth and warming in the mouth. Roasted, bourbon-ish finish. Quite lovely, maybe a bit one-dimensional, and not my idea of a Christmas beer, but I enjoyed it very much. 091023
