Pours a cloudy, pale straw, with a fluffy white head.
Very spicy aroma, lots of cinnamon (!), cloves, citrus, yeast.
Off-dry, light bodied, low bitterness, lively CO2.
Spicy taste, lots of wheat, citrus, and cinnamon again. Some yeast, lightly estery cloves and bananas.

Fresh summer wheat beer with some flower and sweet notes. Would fit nice with seafood!

Foggy pale orange beer with a lush but tiny head. Fresh sweet aromas with strong notes of honey and herbal tea. Taste is heavy sweet with little bitterness. Pronounced spicy hints of lavender. The body is light, texture is oily. Normal carbonation. Fairly sweet, flowery finish.

Bottled at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Cloudy golden, small head. Aroma of well... heather and honey. Fairly sweet with light-medium body abd clean, rounded mouthfeel. Floral honey mixes well with light grainy malt. Low bitterness.

Tasted at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Yellow colour with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of spice, fruit, wheat and flowers.

At Copenhagen Beer Festival. Unfiltered. Brewed with heather flowers, lavender and chamomile flowers. Hazy yellow colour. Moderate aroma of said flowers/herbs. The flavour is very mild, with only a moderate presence of the above. I think I would have skipped the lavender, used more heather, and added a little more hops. Still, it is always nice when brewers dare to use some of the many fine wild growing herbs we have in Scandinavia.

Bottled. Light yellow coloured. Frothy off white head. Aroma of heather, honey, sweetness and some fruits. Flavour of honey, fruits and spice. Medium bodied. Has a sweet and herbal end.
