COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Fine cloudy color as we know it from the classic wheat beer, with a rather little foam. Immediately smelled the heather as fresh herbs. And again the taste is heather. This makes this beer very special and interesting. Delicious fresh sesion beer.

Pour all the crap in - this is dishwater without it. Pleasant floral aroma. Wheaty, gentle spiciness. Similar taste - lightly milky wheat base, a touch sweet. Crisp carbonation. A touch lemony, some sips are almost lemonadey. A vaguely pleasant beer for a hot summer’s day. Fortunately today is such a day. Improves as it settles and warms, the spiciness stays on the tongue more.

16-AUG-2013, bottle @home, present from Anton, bought @the brewery. Hazy pale golden/orange with quickly dying white head. Aroma is honey, heather, lemon. Taste is citrus, lemon, orange peel, heather, honey, licorice. Sweet, thin body, low carbonation. Citric. Not crazy about the heather thing. Thx. Anton:-)

The head is medium, the body light yellow, a bit cloudy. It smells a bit citrus, very mild. Taste is mild, bit lavendel, spicy, heather. Overall ok, just the start is a bit boring, then more interesting. 11/10/10/10/-/10

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2013 500 ml bottle @ Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Rated on 15.3.2013.
Pours a cloudy yellow colour with a white foamy head. Aroma is rather sweet with floral and spicy notes. Flavour of sweet malts, caramel, floral hops, spices and some grass. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes sweet, fruity and spicy. Rather refreshing.
