Januar bonus @Sĝrens. Black with a lasting tan head. Malty aroma with bread, chocolate and licorice. Well balanced, sweet chocolate and roast malt flavour, really nice with bready and raw cereal notes

Bottle, 12C. Black with a coat of tan head. Roasty aroma with molasses, dark chocolate, dried figs, tar, some earthy mystery. Oily, almost flat. Sweetish dark sugars, bitter chocolate, dark berries/ light roasted coffee, kelp. Dry finish. Sweeter elements seem a bit cloying as it warms and although the finish is pretty dry makes it feel slightly disjointed. But plenty of intriguing things going on.

from Erzbierschof - black beer with a moderately long lasting dark beige foam; strong roasted aroma of mocha, ashes and licorice; full-bodied, low carbonation and a fair malt sweetness; quite thick and decently bitter; moderately long aftertaste of black chocolate, prunes and vanilla

Bottle. Pours a near pitch black beer with a very small beige head on top. Aroma has lots of coffee, touch of caramel and roasted malts. Flavor is bittersweet, lots of coffee backed up by caramel and a big roasted base. Nice drinkable, long bittersweet, malty finish. Well crafted, full bodied beer. Nice one.

Bottle at home. Low and quickly disappearing light brown head. Pitch black body. Mild roasted malt coffee liquorice aroma with a bit of choccolate as well. Powerful higly carbonated roasted malt relatively bitter coffee liquorice flavor with a long bitter liquorice finish.

Barwa: czarna, nie przejrzysta nawet pod światło. Piana brązowa, drobno pęcherzykowa, początkowo obfita, jednak szybko opadająca. Wysycenie niewielkie. Aromat: przede wszystkim kawowy, lekko alkoholowy i czekoladowy. Zbliżony do porterów bałtyckich. Smak: zaskakująco lekki i delikatny.

Oily black colour, very nice brown foam. Very well balanced porter. Aroma of roasted malts and coffee. Long bitter finish. This is how a porter should be!
