2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Ungstrup (23960) - Oamaru, - JAN 26, 2007
Bottled. An unclear dark yellow beer with a dense white head - looks like a hefeweizen, not a pilsener. The aroma is sweet with light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of straw, but also light citrus notes, and the body is thin. An OK beer, but nothing special, and not to style.

Bottle, bought @ SuperBest, Christiansfeld.
Pours muddy pale orange. Firm, frothy, white head on top. Aroma is very citric, light sour. Lowish carbonation, fair mouthfeel. Flavour is citric tart (mild infection), some bready malts to finish. Not good.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 TaxiDriver (1372) - Stadland, GERMANY - MAR 15, 2009
Bottle. The taste is a little bit sour, weak aroma of hops, a little bit old. The head is white, medium large and creamy with a normal duration. The body is orange and clear. The taste is only light bitter with a long duration. Later on the taste gets even sweeter. The Pilsener is nice creamy, light to medium and without much carbonation. A rather unusual Pilsener.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Enjoyit (2784) - Vadum, DENMARK - JAN 2, 2009
Unclear golden of color with a fastdissapering offwhite head. An aroma of sweets, hops, malt and pretty ordinary. A flavor of malt, hops and citrus.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 Dango (26) - Snekkersten, DENMARK - OCT 9, 2008
I had Fanø Mørk not long ago, and was looking forward to this. But this relatively fresh pilsner was a bit on light side I thought.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 EHSRanders (1627) - Tjele, DENMARK - SEP 27, 2008

1.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Pinball (8607) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2008
bottle. nice citrussy aroma, supported by pilsener aroma.
cloudy yellow, large white head,
flavor is erhm.. cereral like a non-alc beer. add in some acid sourness, like lemon juiice, and a hoppy finish. tastes like someone pissed in a pilsener. anyways - not the most infected brew from fanø. it is drinkable, just not at all enjoyable. my score is way too high compared to how undrinkable it is.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 NosirIwont (1586) - Aalborg Vestby, DENMARK - AUG 4, 2008
Bottle. Pours a murky orange-amber with a big, but diminishing off-white head. Sweetish/sourish hoppy/cereal aroma with notes of malt. Flavour is dry cereals with the same sourness as is found in the aroma. Same finish, with a bit of bitterness. Overall, this is not very pilsner-like, neither in appearance nor aroma and flavour. Flavour suggests this may have been infected (the sourness), but that doesn’t account for the appearance. Hmm… 05-08-08.
