Smell of tar and rubber. Black with beige head. Smoky aroma, also tar and licorice. Sweet.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, smoke. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, smoked, wood smoke, sweet fruit, caramel. Nice balanced a bit sweet but works okay even with the smoke, where i normal not like the sweet smoke thing ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121107]

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak smoky caramel aroma with hoppy hints. Sweetish malty smoky caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty smoky caramel finish with hoppy hints.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber/brown - white head. Toasted and roasted malts, coffee, dried fruits, raisins, nice hoppy, citrus, piney notes, grassy, nice smokey, some sweet notes, herbal hoppy notes. Nice smokey and hoppy finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear orange-brown coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and licorice with roasted notes. Sweet and light roasted flavour of caramel, licorice and bread. Light roasted finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, smoke, bacon, and peat. The flavor is sweet with notes of smoke, peat, bacon, roasted malt, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, 50 cl. Reddish mahagony with a small off white head. Sweet smokey malty aroma. Sweet, almost sticky in the mouth with some toast, smooth smokey notes and a whiff of licorice. Nicely tuned herbal bitter finish, fixing the balance.
