COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration brew between Kehrwieder Kulturbrauerei and Fanø.

Fanø: We have met the german Gypsy Brewers Olli & Fiete earlier this year while they were brewing their first beer Prototyp. Our brewer Martin Simion soon agreed with them to have a collaboration brew with Fanø while they are still building their own brewery. This beer is a Single Hop India Pale Ale with Simcoe. The mash was produced with Vienna Malt, resulting in an OG of 16,8°P. First-wort, Whirlpool & dry hopping with Simcoe is good for 65IBU. Enjoy this beer at 8°C in a snifter. For freshness store in a cool and dark place.

Fano Power.

Wischylini (125) - Grimstad, NORWAY - JUL 3, 2014
Pours a clear amber with a fluffy off-white head that leaves a decent lacing. The aroma is earthy, butterscotch, apricots, peaches, plums, and resin. The taste is very sweet, and not as bitter as you’d expect from an IPA. The aftertaste lingers for some time, and is very mellow. The mouthfeel is on the thick side, and the carbonation is low.
