Frisk duft av syrlige frukter. Dunkel gulbrun farge.. Høyt trykk i flaske og mye karbonering ved åpning. Mye skum som forsvinner raskt til bare litt langs kant. God syrlig smak.

DAA; Pours cloudy cobber with off-white creamy head. Aroma is vinegar, sour, fruity, malty and caramell. Taste mirrors. Medium body, crispy texture. Interresting, with a dry acid finish.

Sour berrys. Tart. Barn. Brown reddish. Small white head. Taste is sour. Can feel the wine barrel.. Nicely bqlqnced. Not so much the brettanomycis or the farmhouse. Wine barrel is very much there. Hard to understand how they made this from the back of the bottle. Mystery

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a small head. Aroma is sweet with lot of fruit and honey, as well as a fruity sourness from apples and hay, and notes of wood and balsamic vinegar. Rather light body with a creamy texture and normal carbonation. Flavour is sour with funky and woody notes of oak barrels, wine grapes, dark cherries and berries.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet in Valkendorfsgate, Bergen. Pours a hazy deep bronze body with a small white head. Nose is dry farmhouse yeast tones, red fruits, berries, red wine and hints of wood, vanilla and horse blanket. Nice. Taste is tart farmhouse and red fruity tones, sharp horsey brett notes, red wine, wood and hints of prunes and citric peel. Smooth blend. Medium body, high carbonation. Pretty solid sour ale.

Small slightly bubbly mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour, red berries, grass, sugar, paint, sorrel, vinegar, oak, caramel. Taste is slightly sour-ish grassy, red berries, oak, sorrel, grass, paint, caramel. Slightly dry mouthfeel. Quite nice actually, but comparing this one with all the good Belgian sours is just not fair.

Light brown with an amber hue crowned by a light lacing, slightly tan head. Fantastic farmhouse aroma, pungent and fresh, with hints of oak in the back. Taste is refreshing and not as sour as the nose, still sour tho. More wood is evident in the taste and also some burnt caramel. Light body and mellow carbonation.
