Bottle from Fanø Bryghus. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are nice brett, wood, red wine, fruits, malt and hops. Nice and well balanced.

Medium beige head. Hazy reddish amber body. Vinous fruity wooden aroma with vinegar notes. Dry-sweet, and slightly acidic, dirty earthy taste with vinous fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry-sweet rhubarb, wood, and barnyard aftertaste with sugary notes. Nice. Well balanced and harmonic. (0.33l bottle shared by Ole_R.)

Pours hazy amber with a creamy off white head. The aroma has great vinous notes combined with a sweet acidic touch. The flavor is tart and vinous with sweet berry notes. Very nice.

Taste is light vinous and fruity. Subtle barrel notes. Hint of lactic acids, dark fruits and berries, and a touch of vanilla. A rounded and easy drinkeble sour. [09.03.13]
