Danish: Fanø Vadehav er en mørk hvede Bock, der er brygget efter stolte tyske traditioner, dertil har man tilsat lidt af vadehavets luner. Den bærer en nydelig og kraftig beige farvet skumkrone, hvilket gør den visuel indbydende. Den mørke farve passer perfekt til den kraftige aromatiske smag, som er bitter og sød på en og samme tid. Den passer til mange madretter, som f.eks en dejlig friskstegt rødspætte med hjemmelavet remulade.

Bottle, bought at SuperBest, Christiansfeld. Pours dark, muddy, chestnut brown. Medium, fizzy, beige head. Disappears quickly, like Cocacola. Fruity aroma, lots of raisins, fine roasted malts. Some light fruity tartness. High carbonation, okay oily mouthfeel. Flavour is fine, lots of rye bread, roasted malts. Overripe raisins, plums and a little bit of apple. Some rubbery notes. Otherwise quite drinkable.

aroma a bit upsetting. baby-shit aroma, combined with sweet dark fruits. mashed bananas. dark brown small to medium vanilla colored head. flavor: burnt sugar, delicate dark fruits, bitter someting, honey, nice sweet/bitter thing going on. quite powerful taste, definetly not macro style. palate : very thick, almost rubbery, good palate for a powerful beer.
