COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2011 (on tap @ Café Langebro, September 30th 2011) Pours a clear amber with rich, white head, retention and lace. Aroma is floral, hoppy goodness with perhaps a hint of cat’s piss. Lively carbonation, oily texture, full-bodied and a pleasant bitter finish. The taste is moderately bitter with a fruity quality and perhaps a hint of bread. (on tap @ Café Langebro, July 16th 2011) Pours a clear amber white little, off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma is pleasant: Fresh floral character with a distinct, malty note. Full-bodied on the palate with an oily texture, medium carbonation and a long, dry finish. The taste is bitter but balanced by a sweetness and wrapped in pleasantly floral notes. Girlfriend says: "It’s nicely refreshing." (Aroma: 7; App: 4; Taste: 8; Pal: 4; Overall: 16)

Hazy, orange going amber. Big creamy off-white head. A aromatic, fruity, spicey, grassy hopbomb with a touch of caramel maltiness. Taste is big and strong, tons of bittersweet grapefruits and dried abricots, green hops and (a wee bit too) sweet, caramelized malts. Quite oily texture with soft carbonation., Dry, bitter hoppy finish.

Love the colour of this beer. Smell and taste are a bit dull and boring. This is a beer you drink and forget. Glad i took notes.

Bottle. Dark golden, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty sweetish fruity aroma, piney hoppyness and some caramel. Body is medium, malty and caramel sweetish flavor, fruitiness and piney hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, caramel and piney hoppyness. Nice hoppyness but too much caramel for me.

Hazy golden-brown with a large rocky offwhite head. Zesty citrus and grapefruit flavour with a light fruitiness and spiciness. A light and slightly sweet caramel body backs up the hops. Finish is rather dry and almost zesty astringent.
