COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Aroma is quite hoppy, some spices. Flavour reminds of loads of Nelson, light bitterness, faint dry sweetness. Nice one.

0.5L bottle from Kihoskh, København. A finger of dense white foam, atop a dim orangey-golden body. Nice hop aroma. Clean grapefruity, with notes of peaches, flowers and resin. Taste is hop driven with resiny hop oils, citrus fruits and spices. Subdued, light sourish-sweet and toasted malt base. Light to medium full. Slick in the mouth. Balanced malty, fruity and bitter finish. A fine one.

Bottiglia 500ml. Colore arancio, con una bella schiuma bianca, birra interessante, un APA a tutto tondo dove predominano i luppoli, ma riesce a rimanere complessa con note fruttate ed agrumate. il finale e asciutto, pulisce la bocca in maniera decisa.

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2011 (on tap @ Café Langebro, September 30th 2011) Pours a clear amber with rich, white head, retention and lace. Aroma is floral, hoppy goodness with perhaps a hint of cat’s piss. Lively carbonation, oily texture, full-bodied and a pleasant bitter finish. The taste is moderately bitter with a fruity quality and perhaps a hint of bread. (on tap @ Café Langebro, July 16th 2011) Pours a clear amber white little, off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma is pleasant: Fresh floral character with a distinct, malty note. Full-bodied on the palate with an oily texture, medium carbonation and a long, dry finish. The taste is bitter but balanced by a sweetness and wrapped in pleasantly floral notes. Girlfriend says: "It’s nicely refreshing." (Aroma: 7; App: 4; Taste: 8; Pal: 4; Overall: 16)

Hazy, orange going amber. Big creamy off-white head. A aromatic, fruity, spicey, grassy hopbomb with a touch of caramel maltiness. Taste is big and strong, tons of bittersweet grapefruits and dried abricots, green hops and (a wee bit too) sweet, caramelized malts. Quite oily texture with soft carbonation., Dry, bitter hoppy finish.
