COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. Batch 1: An amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has strong notes of citrus - oranges and lemon, as well as notes of malt and caramel and some cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of orange peal, grapefruit, and hops, as well as lightly notes of caramel and malt, leading to a very bitter grapefruit peal finish. [8/4/7/3/13=3.5]

Batch 2: An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and fruits, as well as hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, straw, grapefruit, and lemon, leading to a raw lemony finish. [7/3/7/3/13=3.3]

Bottle 50 cl. Batch 1. Pours a clear amber with a creamy off-white head. Lovely peachy aroma hops. Medium body, sweet fruits and a little caramel but this really is a hop job. Dry hoppy finish. Clean and well made. 200210

Bottle 50 cl. Batch 2. Clear amber with an off-white head. Citric hop aroma. Medium body, a little fruit and caramel but less than in batch 1. Hoppy citric nose with a somewhat astringent bitterness. Not a bad beer, but I definitely prefer batch 1. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4 200210
