Sapore poco maltato e molto luppolato discretamente amara, retrogusto amaro lungo e persistente!

UPDATED: SEP 30, 2011 (on tap @ Café Langebro, September 30th 2011) Pours a clear amber with rich, white head, retention and lace. Aroma is floral, hoppy goodness with perhaps a hint of cat’s piss. Lively carbonation, oily texture, full-bodied and a pleasant bitter finish. The taste is moderately bitter with a fruity quality and perhaps a hint of bread. (on tap @ Café Langebro, July 16th 2011) Pours a clear amber white little, off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma is pleasant: Fresh floral character with a distinct, malty note. Full-bodied on the palate with an oily texture, medium carbonation and a long, dry finish. The taste is bitter but balanced by a sweetness and wrapped in pleasantly floral notes. Girlfriend says: "It’s nicely refreshing." (Aroma: 7; App: 4; Taste: 8; Pal: 4; Overall: 16)

Retrogusto abbastanza persistente. Un grande birra.

Golden and slightly hazy with a small head. Very nice nose full of American hops. Nice clean bitterness up front and a long finish. Stops just short of being an Ipa, but just.

On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa, Rome. Amber with white head. A really rather intense, dry bitterness, quite hoppy in nature with a spruce, woody note, sharp and leafy. There is a grainy note in the body. Another great beer in this wonderful pub.
