(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Pikkulintu, Helsinki, on 2008-10-17) Orange. Cloudy. Small white head. Spicy, sweet and fruity nose. Medium and a bit sugary palate with little carbonation. Sweetness, brown sugar, sourness, very little banana and hint of dried plum in taste. Sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste. Resembles a weizenbock a bit. Really excellent beer.

Bottle with awesome arte. Cloudy amber body with a big head. Lots of spices cinnamon pepper. Caramel with lots of yeast presence. Mild etoh coming through as a warming finish. Grainy malty as well. A terrific balance makes this an awesome tart treat.

22oz bottle. Pours a hazy amber. Big head. Almost a rye like nose with some definite black pepper and toffee aromas, I get some definite cherry notes too. The flavor has some great cherry sourness up front and a ton of crazy spiciness from the black pepper. I think its a little to heavy on the pepper but the finish is a very grain heavy caramel finish. Again I thought of a rye beer. Very odd. This is different and great though. Very well made.

Bottle. Dark brown with a nice light brown head. Aroma is dusty with notes of pepper, caramel and grain. Flavours of black pepper, chili, celery and malt.

Aroma is moderate to heavy spicy - peppery, moderate malty, caramel. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, and a peppery after burn.
