Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 22, 2008 Bottled. A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of spices, caramel, and malt, whilte the flavor is sweet combined with and acidic edge and quite spice. Very Fantome’ish. omhper (10393), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 27, 2006 Updated: Jan 8, 2007Bottled. Reddish amber, brief lively head. The nose has less of that interesting winegum than some other Fantôme brews, and instead a vague dryish herbal touch. It’s medium sweet with dense, clean mouthfeel. Estery flavuor with notes of seville orange marmelade and a salty edge. Dangerously drinkable. Though not as directly appealing as the best Fantôme beers, it still is a fascinating, complex and yet refreshing brew. Papsoe (9980), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 18, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of BelJohansen. Hazy, amber golden with a small, creamy, off-white head. Lightly tart, citrusy nose. Medium body with sour, citrusy notes and a fusty edge. Sour in the finish. Yet another terribly overrated Fantôme - jesus... 120108 Oakes (6819), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jun 22, 2004 Cloudy amber. Slightly acidic aroma. Flavour is slightly dry, yeasty, with a little bit of fig note, and barnyard. Needed a little bit of whimsy to find the dandelions, but then I’m not a guinea pig so I don’t eat them very often. Decent beer, but certainly a simplistic effort by Fantome standards. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 11/17/2004

starts with a loud pop of the cork, opaque rusty orange, huge cream head, lots of tiny bubbles, big spicy nose, light spicy malt flavor, no bitterness other than the spices, no aparent alcohol but a bit warming, once it reaches room temperature it turns bitter weird
