skortila (2359), Bunnik, Netherlands May 1, 2008 Bottled. Well this is actually a Fantôme I enjoyed. Its aroma is floral and fruity, has some cheese. Very special and unique aroma.Hazy, orange coloured with an off-white, thin head. Taste is a little sourish. It starts more citric and fresh, while it ends more flowery and dry. Good brew with a nice complex balance.

Quite dry and thin bodied. Doggythedog (919), Split, Croatia Jul 15, 2008 Bottle, RBESG08 grand tasting. Murky apricot body. Nice light lemony nose. A fine, complex taste, funky and spicy with distinct notes of lemon again. Dry. harrisoni (4915), Ashford, Kent, England Jul 14, 2008 RBESG08 grand tasting. Decent saison. Good hop and nettle. Very good saison with tasty hops on the finish. ekstedt (1739), Göteborg, Sweden Jul 8, 2008 Sampled at the RBESG08 grand tasting. Cloudy golden with long-lasting white head. Fruity, earthy, and slightly cidery aroma with notes of wood. Perfectly blannced with a light initial sweetness, followed by a gentle acidity and grapefruit bitterness. dkachur (641), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Jun 25, 2008 Spring 2004 750 mL bottle courtesy of BrianK. Thanks! Dark reddish brown w/ a medium head and good retention. Funy aroma with a tart and sligjtly vegetal note. I was looking at the Dalmatienne label right before writing the review and I wrote that this tasted like dalmations! The dandelion really comes through in the taste, with notes of lemon and funk. Interesting beer.
