Bottle thanks to the legendary Hopscotch. Pours a dark clear mahogany brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is surprisingly mild, but caramel, malt, and a slight fruitiness. Taste has quite a bit more to it and makes for a nice drink, matching the aroma well, but adding a bit of chocolate and a slight tanginess toward the end. Finishes pretty dry and a little sweet.

At HallingHansen Grand Tasting, thanks for sharing. Pours an unclear and brown beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt, acidity and fruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is acidic. Overall this beer could be infected, nevertheless it tastes and smells funny.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy brown with a thin-moderate tan head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left considerable lace. Very weak aroma that is virtually non-existent save a few wisps of malt. The flavor is somewhat grainy malt along with a bit of caramel. Dries out a bit towards the finish with mild-moderate bitterness. Medium bodied.

Bottle shared by Plovmand, thanks. Mud brown body with a large offwhite head. Aroma is tart, sweet malt, light fruity notes. Flavor is sourish, malt. High carbonation. I think it was infected.

Brown with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with nutty character and some off-notes of laquer and vinegar. Sweet malty flavour with nutty character, some tropical fruit and a touch of roasted malt. A bit yeasty flavour

Bottle at hallinghansen grand tasting. Thanks Hopscotch for providing. The beer gushed when opening. Pours hazy brown with a bubbly tan head. The aroma is bit roasted with some dark fruity notes. Light chocolate. Bit bretty feel in the flavour. Notes of toasted malt, caramel and light tobacco. Overcarbonated or just plain infected.

Bottle... Murky, dark brown ale with a mid-sized, fizzy, off-white head. The nose is an intermingling of chocolate, caramel and dark-roasted grains. Full-bodied and lightly creamy with medium carbonation. Nice toasted malt sweetness and good, tasty hop bitterness are accompanied by light smokiness. Finishes bittersweet. Damn nice nut brown ale.

Bottle poured ... nay, sloshed into a tankard. Poured a murky brown, little tan head. Nose was yeasty, bready, sweet, homebrew-like. Flavor was strange. Semi sweet, worty, hints of bubble gum, weird yeast, weird fruit, bat ear, unicorn tears, elf fart and subtle hints of star dust. After I drank it, I could feel my mana filling up. I entered the bar down several hundred hit points, but this definitely recharged me. I also received a +1 to my Polymorph Spell ability. A zit also appeared on my face, several actually and I found that 6 sides on a die was not enough for me any more. Finished sweet-ish.
