Scopey (5506) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 24, 2014
Bottle at Yespr’s. It pours pale golden with a small white head. The nose is doughy, hay, straw, mild spice, floral, dried grass and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, mild tartness, lemon, dough, soft fruitiness, grass, floral and some bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty drinkable stuff, but a expected a bit more from these guys.

MrChopin (2927) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 19, 2014
hazy tangerine, Considerable chill haze makes it difficult to ascertain lively carbonation. Dirty lactic peach nose, tons of hay with manure and moderate medicine in the faint anise. Fantome 14 esque flavor, thin and citric up front with lemon that lasts through the jowl, tons of hay and dry earth mid before faint medicine, heat, grass in finish. Fantome body leaves you wanting more. That’s that.

Ungstrup (28448) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2014
Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, citrus fruits, dusty hops, as well as a bit of brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

JanLaursen (2731) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2014
Flaske, 75 cl. Hos Yespr. Let tåget og gylden. Hvidt hovede. Lavt. Aroma, som langsomt åbner sig. Gær, Let brett, brød, svedig t-shirt. Grapefrugt. Utrolig balance, mildt sødlig malt-krop med lidt mark og hø. Noter af blomster, citrus. Raffineret (ikke et ord, jeg normalt ville bruge om en øl fra Fantome).
