Taste is lightly spicy up front. Followed by bitterness and light funkiness (brett?). Some subdued bitter herbal hops and earthiness. Dry, especially in the finish. Mouth is strangely creamy and dry. This is nice stuff. Pretty mellow but really tasty. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA
