swamps of orange mud and tall mountains of pond scum, this creature emitted fumes of creamy barnyards and spicy orange peel..The flavor a medly of acidic tinglers, zest of orange and lemon..yeast, cream, and fantome lunancy

Richmond Gathering. Corked and capped 750, another gem The_Beer_God busted out. Hazy golden brown with a thin, yellowy head. Funky cheese and nuts, woody and a bit yeasty. Dry finish. Nice stuff!

Bottle from Onlyfinebeer. I’m not the biggest fantome fan, this was citric, yeasty a little spicy and slightly sour.

Hazy amber with reddish tints. Huge foamy white head and nice lacing. Big aroma. Yeast/bread. Sour fruit, maybe apples or pears. Floral aroma of hops. Some spices, hard to tell. Complex flavors flood the mouth. Tart flavors of fruit again. Smaller yeast than in the aroma. Just a bit of earthiness there at the end. Some malt in there as well. Fairly big body, a bit sticky of a palate, but not a detriment to the beer. Finishes tart and dry. Very nice. Thanks Matt!

Thin, foamy head of fine bubbles. Reduces quickly. Awesome carbonation which keeps an everlasting head on the brew. Golden amber in color. Light aroma. Spices, light malts and a little vegetal in the aroma. Nothing special though. Light and fizzy in the mouth. More spices, grass, ginger. Pretty dry. Finiish is dry, with a slight bitterness and tartness. Has a little smokey and roasty aftertaste also. Very strange.

This is pure Fantome Saison in every weird way possible. It"s a sweet tart of a beer, more herbs/lichens/moss/earth and pepper than one can ever expect to find in one place. I cannot believe that liquids of this extraordinary beauty exist on the planet. We are so lucky.

Pours a hazy amber with nice, off-white lacings. Slightly sour with some bitterness. Sour aromas of fruits. Also aromas of spices and yeast. Bitter finish.
