Lukt: Nydelig duft av flere frukter.
Utseende: Dunkel gulbrun farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Dekkende skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Frisk fruktig smak, nydelig sødme med en liten bitter avslutning.

750ml bottle, BBE 2018. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a decent, white head. Aroma is spicy, lemon, grass, flower. Taste is a lot of stingy spiciness, some citrusy smoothness, some herbal, fairly wooden. Fairly medium.

Bottle sample @ HaandFestival 2015. Slightly hazy dark golden body with a medium white head. Nose is black pepper, nuts, straw, hay and hints of pale malts and white sugar. Taste is green leafy vegetables, black pepper, pale malts, saison yeast, white sugar and hints of red fruits, hay and straw. 6 Medium body and carbonation. Nice peppery saison from Fantome, without any big surprises.

0,7 l bottle Appearance: Orange hazy, with a big white head. Aroma: yeast esters, fruit peel, clove, other spices.leafs, flowers, grass and light malts. Taste: Light to moderate sweet, citrus, starch water, , spices,herbal, floral tones, a hint of citrus and flowers and fresh grass in the finish. A bit harsh, but complex. Moderate bitter. light to medium body. Soft carbonation.

Orange hazy, big white head. Smell of fruity yeast esters, clove, other spices. fruit peel. grass and light malts. Light to moderate sweet, quite fruity, spicy, herbal, pepper, fruit peel, quite complex. Moderate to medium bitter, newly cut grass in finish. Very nice stuff

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, grain, yeast, wet hay, bark, sap, leafs, flowers. Taste is slightly dry floral, heather, weeds, yeast, harsh grain, almond essence, wet hay, grass. Medium bitterness, harsh mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea...

Average, white, frothy mostly diminishing head. Hazy, light orange body. Fair lacing. Light malty aroma with notes of hay and straw. Moderate hoppy aroma with notes of perfume, flowers and herbs. Moderate yeasty aroma with notes of soap and cheese. Notes of apple, pear and pepper. Light sweet, light bitter initial flavor. Moderate acidic and sour finish. Moderate bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture. Soft carbonation. Moderate astringent, somewhat chalky finish. Pretty good.
