A bit of citrus with a good bit of funk in the flavors. Almost a banana alcohol in the back. I put down 3/4 of the bottle before I realized it. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 21, 2008 Muddy orange pour with a minimal white head.
Slightly acidic apple juice and yeast in the aroma.
Sweet in the taste with notes of citrus and apple juice. Yeasty with funky characteristics. Earthy and farmhouse-y. Kind of a muddy flavor all-in-all. Soft, semi-creamy body.
Finish is lightly sour and semi-dry.
Overall, enjoyable but not worth $15. laguerita (111), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Aroma is of lemons and some spices, with a grapefruit / funky cheese taste. So far i am a fan of the Fantome, But this is the second one that i did not like. I just hope the next 2 that i have are much better than this.
