Commercial Description:
A Belgian ’saison-style’ ale brewed with cocoa powder and chili pepper? Ay, Caramba! Score another first for the unpredictable brewery that was the first -- and so far the only - brewery to make ales out of dandelions and mushrooms, among other things.

Bottle thanks to Blutt59. Pours a light orange color with a decent head. Nose is funky, vinegar, and dry dirty socks. The taste is that of a very mild chili pepper and mild cocoa that’s well mixed, but still strange. Glad I had it, but wouldn’t seek it out or probably drink it again.

Well its about fricken time fantome went back to their roots and funked the shizzy up. I could smell that oozing bandage under the horse saddle from miles away...putting a nose up the glass just bombards you with dank sweat, funk, cheese, soiled leather, socks, oh how I miss thee oh fantome. Pours with obvious effervescence, thick tightly woven bubbles covering a dirty orange underneath. Flavors are tainted with sourness, and clean but dank cheese overtones...maybe a bit of chalkiness riding along from the cocoa power..do I taste chili? I’m not sure..but I certainly feel the capsicum heat that lingers on and on and makes me feel good. ahh man, this brings back some serious old school fantome memories
