Bottled (Pikkulintu, BBE 2014), Hazy amber color, small white head, floating yeast particles. Pencil-woody aroma with light sour note and some fruits. Very sour flavor, some oregano notes, some lemon. Interesting, different Fantome. Beer #5600!

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is oregano, tomatosauce, alcohol, and yeast.Flavour is just tomato sauce with some extreemely sweet spices and garlic fried. Shit for flavour. Not in a beer.

750ml bottle (Pikkulintu, Helsinki, Fruit Weeks 2009)
Very light fruity aroma, some cola and lemonade. Sourish palate, light and crisp. Pleasant carbonation. Herby bent to the taste, but still quite lemonadey too. With yeast, there’s more sherbet. Pleasantly malty body, but not grabbing me. Sourness is most pleasant.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Very hazy amber with a small, firm head (did hurry out from the bottle, though). Typical dry and spicy Fantome aroma with some herby notes. Flavor of dry maltiness, and also some oregano can be found, if you know to look for it. Medium-bodied, soft-carbonated palate. Didn’t find much oregano in this, but nevertheless it’s a very enjoyable saison. Maybe not as refreshing as the plain version, but still...

(Botte at Pikkulintu, Helsinki, on 2009-03-27) Orange and hazy. Small white head. Fresh oregano, sourness and black pepper in aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Sourness, fresh oregano, black pepper, fruitiness and light bitterness in taste. Black pepper and fresh oregano in aftertaste.

750ml bottle, slight hazy amber-orange hue, with an off-white head, leaving a ring of foam, yeasty, fruity, peachy, marmalade nose, with a wet woody wineyness, faint floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, juicy, fruity, citrusy, marmalade, light winey, earthy toasted malt character, with some hints of tobacco leaf, with some peachy, apricot, orange zest accents, with a faint coriander spiciness and a flowery hop leafy note, leading towards a fruity, zesty, winey, lingering hop bitterness finish.

0.75 l bottle. Hazy, glowing orange with a light head and some sediment. Spicy fruit aroma, particularly orange zest. Generous on the spice mix, including not least oregano. Add to that orange fruit and you have a strange, but highly drinkable mix. Scores as always on originality.

Pours an orangey golden color with a thin white head. Aroma of oregano, bread and fruits. Interesting flavor of fruits, oregano, mild bread and tartness. The body is light with an oily texture and moderate carbonation. Fantôme products tend to be hit or miss, this original concotion is a hit.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Cloudy amber in color with a small white head. Aroma is of coriander, pepper and yeast. Taste is of yeast, citrus and spices.
