(Bottle) Pours light hazy yellow with small head. The aroma holds boatloads of oregano with a light cracker-like and citric backdrop. Unbalanced nose. The flavor light sweet, light to medium acidic and tiny bitter. Oregano, citrus, crackers and light hops. The mouthfeel is tart with light to medium carbonation. Citric and oregano finish. Light to medium bodied.

Corked bottle from Beer Mania in Brussels, in 2009
Beautiful color, amber with copper reflex, hazy; small sized head. The aroma is very mild; there is some acidity, funkiness, and cork. Good body structure, the low carbonation helps; it has a peculiar flavor of honey with a light funky trace; citrusy acidity; correct bitterness. Refreshing, yet solid.

Stor doft av timjan. Frisk kryddighet med en eftersmak av oregano. Et ganska spesielt öl som jag inte riktig får grepp om.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of hops, spices, hay and some "dusty" notes. The same in the taste, even more spices. Finish was rather hoppy and dry. Descent but not the best Saison from Fantome.
