Bottled 75cl. I don’t like the gushing. Sweet coconut and perfume reminiscence in both nose and taste. Very strange. The appearance gets murkier and murkier after what has been poured from the gushing bottle... Subdued bitterness. Yeasty. Sweet. Some caramel reminiscence throughout. Interesting. Definitely strange and not the best from this brewery in my opinon.

0.75l bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a light murky-light-brown body with a small sidesticking off-white head. Aroma is really interesting! Sour berries, some gooseberries, sweet, citrus-tones and some dry wood tones. Liked the aroma on this one. Lively carbonation oily mouthfeel. Flavors are light sour, lots of berries with a woody-like finish. Quite good stuff.

Bottle. Big time gusher. Notes ofof creamy Doughy cocoa malts with a pleasant earthy herbal farm yeastiness. Touch of yogurt. easy drinkin. Great.

Shared bottle at the RBNAG-11 grand tasting. Large, light brown head on a muddy. deep orange body.Nose like a blackberry yoghurt. Acidic, bitter and fruity flavors. Medium body. Dry tongue.

Shared bottle at RBNAG 2011. Murky brown colour, large off-white head. Special aroma, notes of farmhouse, wood and ripe berries. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma.

Shared bottle, RBNAG. Rich aroma, lots of sweet fruit, loads of sugar. Sweet, medical flavour. Spicy. Peaches, nutmeg.

750mL bottle, split 6 ways, pours a cloudy golden with a big white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, leather, horse blanket and yeast. Flavour is heavy on the horse blanket and leather, with dry grapefruit and lemon zest, and a dry rustic finish with lots of horse blanket. Excellent.

Shared bottle at RBNAG-11. Pours dark amber with a small head. Aroma of raspberry and sweet candy. Taste is strange sweet/bitter, like strawberries gone bad, but quite interesting, wood, raspberry, nice one.

75cl bottle. Dark murky bronze colour. Small head. Aroma is sweet, but with notes of citrus and red berries. Some almond and sugar. Flavour is bitter, but with sweet overtones. Notes of citrus, hops and red berries. Medium long aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma of ripe hard cheese, caramel, malt, spice and yeast. Flavor is sweet and malty with some berries and malt. Medium body,average carbonation.
