Hints of grass and flowers too. Flavor was a bit more spicy with some more sugar and sweet malts. Very good Saison Radek Kliber (3942), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance: heavy, thick layer of yeast sediment, large creamy top. Thick lace covering on tasting glass. Amber fill. Aroma: Light , meadow softness, herbal with grassy hay hints. Pleasant and very refreshing. Flavour/Palate: medium bodied, strong herbal funky theme. Quiet neat approach to style. Slight alcohol burn. Very good drinkable Saison.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 27, 2008 750ml bottle. Lightly hazy with an amber color and huge head. Floral aroma with wood, malt and a touch of spice. The flavor is as good as any Fantome I’ve ever had. This one is a bit sweet with a tart fruit presence that allows the sweetness to come through without being cloying. Candy, malt and caramel in there as well. Medium body with a semi-dry tart finish. I’d get this again. EricE (456), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Poured a hazy light orange color with a white head. Smelled of lemony dish soap, pastry, and spices. Light to medium bodied and slightly sweet. Spicy clove, apricot, and orange dominated the flavor. Very. Nice. Rciesla (3610), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 4, 2008 Lots of yeast in the aroma. After sitting awhile in my basement, it still pours a very nice head. Golden. Much golder than I expected. Bit funky in the taste, which is nice. Not overwhelming. Also some sweetness. Probably too sour and funky for my wife, but just right for me. Nice. I kept forgetting I had this one, and today I remembered to pull it. Just in time for the Mizzou game.
