Bottle 75cl @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.
Unclear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard, german motorway toilet cleaner ! sweet fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020808)

750ml bottle shared with Axilla. Poured golden with amber hues with medium sized beige head. Aroma of yeast, light funk (brett), sweet malt. Taste is earthy, floral, citrus, straw with some increasing funky notes as it mellows. At first it came across like artificial sweetener, but that taste faded as it mellowed. Not bad.

amber with a nice sized white head. Yeasty aroma with some citrus and lemons. Flavor is orange peel, peach, pepper, toffee. Finishes sweet, bursting carbonation.

"Where the Wild Beers Are" 2008. I am not sure who brought this, but I was very excited to try it. It didn’t disappoint. The aroma is exceptionally yeasty, some brett and other yeast. It is also a sweet smelling beer. Spices of wild grass and flowers, with malt and sugar. Cloudy appearance and low carbonation.

Bottle at chris_o’s just cause i bring all the beer out as quickly as i can doesnt nessesarily mean iv got a drinking problem. Alround rating: A sweet spicey saison, over carbonated, had a good amount of flavours going on and seemed slightly oxidised to me.

Bottle. Amber body, a lot of rising carbonation, lots of yeast suspended, biggish off-white head. Peach in the nose, with some dark fruit, and brett. A fair amount of brett in the flavor, sweet, candy notes, peaches, spicy. I used to like the horsey brett in a beer such as this, but less so now.

Another backlogged rating from RBSG ’08 Grand Tasting at Pizza Port. Honey amber color with a medium beige head and lots of carbonation. Aroma of light sage, floral ginger spice and caramel. Sweet and fruity flavor with a biscuit yeast tone underneath and cherry-tangerine on top. Medium bodied with soft carbonation on the palate. Nice.

bottle: pours a thick dark amber loney coour withsnow flake chunks witha small head. aroma is a sweet almost cotton candy rich malts, slight spice, very nice. flavour is good, pl;enty of mal, slight spice abd a gin with teh candy flavours finishes dry for all the sweetness.
