Dec 4, 2008 Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a very thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with spicy notes of hops, cloves, and cordemomme, as weel as notes of malt and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit almost over ripe, and some spices, cloves and cardemomme, leading to a citrusy bitter finish.

Jul 29, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Almost champagne-like appearance with it’s pale golden colour and huge, huge head. Pours clear but clouds when you reach the sediment. This is typical Fantome: fruity, spicy and very, very bitter. But fresh indeed. Cute to name a beer after a dog.... 090602

Aug 6, 2009 Bottled, thanks Oakes & Beershine! Cloudy pale orange. Funky barnyard aroma. Dryish with some yeasty vinegary tartness. Lactic with vital elastic malt. Lots of brett. Light salty finish. Ansolutely lovely!

Dec 5, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours loudy ornge with a diminished white head. Mild citrus fruity and medium dry brettish aroma. Sweet maty and fruity flavour with a mild ctrusy to orange fruity note. Mild citric flavour into the finish. Mild milky and remaining sweetness into the finish. Smooth and easy.

Unclear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, barnyard, german motorway toilet cleaner ! sweet fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020808)

Aug 16, 2008 Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Ambery golden colour with big white fluffy head that vanishes into a mediumsized creamy/bubbly thing. Some lace. Aroma is orange, peach, spices (a.o. pepper) as well as quite earthy. Flavour is fruityness, some barnyard, toffee, cream and mild notes of yeast and spices. Very well balanced brew. Long aftertaste of yeast, fruits and mild notes of spices.
