(Bottle 75 cl) Almost champagne-like appearance with it’s pale golden colour and huge, huge head. Pours clear but clouds when you reach the sediment. This is typical Fantome: fruity, spicy and very, very bitter. But fresh indeed. Cute to name a beer after a dog.... 090602

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 fiulijn (10421) - Como, ITALY - MAY 14, 2002
Blond strong ale; generous foamy head. Hop aroma, fresh, fruity, light malt. Dry, bitter, average body, the malt taste is overwhelmed; the flavour is interesting, like malt and hop upside-down. The hop (not too much aromatic) is so strong that the final may be considered excessively bitter.
