Bottle. Amber body, a lot of rising carbonation, lots of yeast suspended, biggish off-white head. Peach in the nose, with some dark fruit, and brett. A fair amount of brett in the flavor, sweet, candy notes, peaches, spicy. I used to like the horsey brett in a beer such as this, but less so now.

Bottle. Clody amber body with white head. Aroma is sour with malt. Taste is also sour but has also pepper notes. Aftertaste is dry with hints of sweetness another, some hops and some fruity notes. It was an hot summer day in Austria, for a winter special, it was really great. Very nice one

This was a strange beer. Very sour aroma. The taste is also mainly sour. Does not taste like a saison. Dry finish.

Dunt (283) - Illinois, USA - JUL 8, 2014
2014 vintage enjoyed over a White Sox game at home. Pours a murky brown in color with a quickly dissipating fingers worth of creme colored head. Nose is big time cherry/cherry cough drop. It’s somewhat medicinal, malty, and just a tad vinous. Flavor is again dominated by cherry and red wine with backing maltiness. Almost a little reminiscent of a still nacht reserva to me. Medium bodied with decent carbonation and an enduring, inviting finish. Excellent beer, I should really pick up more of these to sit on. I imagine a couple years on this will be magical.

Scopey (6321) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2014
Bottle shared at BD Aberdeen. It pours deep orange/amber with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, spice, vinous, sherbet, over-ripe apple and some must. The taste is earth, brown bread, spice, warming alcohol, decent bitterness, mild sweetness, banana bread and cake with a dry finish. Medium body and high carbonation. Decent, but a bit rough around the edges.

RichTheVillan (2510) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2014
Bottle at Brewdog Birmingham; hazy amber pour with big foamy beige head, caramel and malt aroma, taste is sweet with some pale malt, with some citrus fruit action of orange, interesting beer.

Garrold (1149) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 14, 2014
Bottle from Bottledog, Kings Cross. Hazy, orangey amber. Bubbly, white head. Lots of spiciness. Bready, grainy maltiness. Peach stone. The Fantome funk is there, but in the background with this one. Taste is moderate dry, with a surprising amount of bitterness. Palate is oily, and slick. Fine carbonation, to match. A peppery character runs all the way through. Finish is light dry, and long bitter. I never get bored drinking Fantome beers.

Dobre piwo niesamowicie metne. Calkowicie przybrudzone osadem. Korek wystrzelil hucznie ale dymku niewiele. Piana spora narastajaca. Ciemno pomaranczowe piwo aromatyczne jakby zgnile pomarancze. W smaku slodowosc, pszenicznosc i zbozowosc wyczuwalna. Chmiel w koncowce, ktora dala delikatna wrazliwa wytrawnosc. Goraco polecam. Zabawna etykieta w plamy

Countbeer (4325) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 19, 2014
Bottle @ DVMBBT: Small white creamy foamy head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of fermented oranges and lemon, some brett, some malts, some iron and minerals. Flavours of fruits, peppers, malts, yeast, light creamy, herbal, smooth bitters, some wheat, light creamy herbal tone... Nice. Aftertaste is a mix of bitter, malty, fruity, herbs and light dry. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy light dry texture.
